TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • INDIVIDUAL TOUR DEPOSIT:

    Reservations made 61 days or more prior to departure require $ 200.00 non refundable deposit per person for land arrangements on escorted guaranteed departure tours or FIT (individual Hotel or tour reservation). Final payment due 65 days prior to travel date. 

  • RATES:

    Rates advertised are subject to change with out notice. Israel Tourism Consultant is not responsible for errors advertised on this site.

    Rates quoted subject to revision should errors occur after confirmation. 
  • GROUP DEPOSITS:

    Subject to specific hotel and airline group contracts.

  • AIR FARE:

    Airfare will be quoted separate from land tour .  Immediate payment for airfare may be required in order to ticket and guarantee airfare.  Most airline tickets are NONREFUNDABLE and have penalties for changes once tickets have been issued.  Full legal names matching valid passport names are required for airline reservations.

    Airline tickets are issued with the schedule/itinerary valid at time of ticketing.  It is recommended that passengers reconfirm their airline flights at least 72 hours prior to departure in the event of schedule changes.  ITC is not liable for missed flights due to schedule changes once airline tickets have been issued.

  •  GROUP:

    Airfares quoted will be in accordance to the airlines’ policies  and conditions in regards to payment, cancellation, name changes, ticketing  and penalties.   Fuel surcharges and airport taxes applicable at time of ticketing must be collected.

  • FINAL PAYMENT:

    Final  payment is due 65 days prior to departure.

  • CANCELLATIONS:

    Once deposit or full payment has been received, cancellations must be submitted in writing.

    Cancellation of airline tickets will be processed  in accordance to the airline terms and conditions.

  • LAND TOUR CANCELLATION PENALTIES:

    Cancellation between 65 days and 30 days prior to departure:  $ 200.00 per person.

    Cancellation 30 days and 7 days or less prior to departure:  $ 500.00 per person.

    Cancellation 7 days to departure nonrefundable. 

    No Shows:  Nonrefundable.

    No refund for unused land services such as transfers, sightseeing, meals, hotel accommodations, entrance fees, or any other unused services that are included in the tour program.

  • TOUR ITINERARY:

    We reserve the right to modify and/or change the sequence  of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, safety, security and comfort of the passenger. 

  • HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:

    Hotels will be confirmed based on the itinerary or of similar category in twin bedded rooms with private facilities on a Run-Of-House basis, unless you have requested and paid for upgraded services.

    Any special requests such as type of bedding, room location, etc. are on a “request basis” only and are confirmed only at the discretion of the hotel.

  • LUGGAGE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY:

    It is the passenger’s responsibility to check specific airline policy of liability for loss, damage or delay of checked baggage as well as the maximum allowance of weight per bag and number of bags permitted at no cost or additional charges imposed by the airlines for excess baggage.  Luggage and personal property lost or damages must be reported to the airline or ground transportation company at the destination.  ITC does not accept liability for loss or damage of luggage or personal property.

  • INSURANCE:

    Israel Tourism Consultant recommends the purchase of travel insurance offered by Travelers Insurance available for booking on our website or call us at 800 933 4421.

  • REFUNDS:

    Any claim for refund must be submitted in writing within 30 days of completion of trip.   No requests for refunds will be accepted by phone.  Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt of claim.

  • RESPONSIBILITY:

    Israel Tourism Consultant, a VFL, Inc. company, located in Los Angeles, CA and/or its associated companies, agents, and representatives act only as independent contractors for the owners and operators of transportation, accommodations, services, airline and facilities contracted for you and, therefore, are not to be held responsible for any losses, damages, negligence, body or emotional injury you may suffer in connection with your transportation, accommodations or any other arrangements made in conjunction with these tours.

  • LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

    By accepting your booking reservation confirmation you acknowledge that in all events Israel Tourism Consultant a Vacations For Less, Inc company shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages and that the sole extent of Israel Tourism Consultant shall never exceed the amount actually paid by you to Israel Tourism Consultant. 

  • ARBITRATION / LEGAL:

    Any dispute arising out of or relating to any tours and travel offered shall be filed under the law of the state of California, in the county and city of Los Angeles. 

    Any dispute arising out of or relating to tours and travel shall be submitted to non-binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act.  California law pertaining to agreements to arbitrate shall apply and arbitration shall be conducted under the terms of California Code of Civil Procedure.  The non-binding arbitration shall take place in the County of Los Angeles, in the City of Los Angeles, State of California

    Each party shall pay for its own cost, arbitration fees and attorney fees.
